I often use Penzey’s or Savory Spice Shop’s “Baking Spice” for this recipe. The two cinnamons, nutmeg, mace, allspice and ginger add a more complex flavor to the pecans. These pecans are a great addition to a salad, especially one with blue cheese and strawberries.
