Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice

¾ cup sugar

12 full-size marshmallows

1 cup crushed pineapple

½ pint whipped cream

Directions

Add sugar and marshmallows while rice is hot. Let cool. Add pineapple and fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
